At Om Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing quality products and a reliable shopping experience.

This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from Omstoreus.com may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition;

  • Be returned in its original packaging;

  • Include all accessories, manuals, tags, and promotional items originally included;

  • Show no signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, damage, or misuse; and

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or an order confirmation.

The 30-day return period begins on the date your order is delivered.

Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or improperly handled are not eligible for return or refund.

Om Store reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your full name;

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect; and

  • A photograph of the product packaging and shipping label.

We may require additional information to review your request.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Please do not discard the product or its packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The item you received;

  • All items included in the package;

  • The shipping label; and

  • The outer and inner packaging.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include sending the correct item, replacing the missing item, issuing store credit, or providing a refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, safety, or customization reasons.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal care products;

  • Cosmetics;

  • Intimate apparel;

  • Products that come into direct contact with the skin or body;

  • Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products;

  • Personalized products;

  • Customized or made-to-order products;

  • Gift cards;

  • Clearance products;

  • Final-sale products; and

  • Discounted products marked as final sale.

Personalized and customized products are made specifically according to the information or specifications provided by the customer. Therefore, these products cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled after production has begun.

Please carefully review all customization details, including names, text, colors, sizes, addresses, and other specifications, before submitting your order.

SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Products clearly marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Other discounted products may only be returned when expressly permitted on the relevant product page or promotion terms.

If a discounted product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed, shipped, or entered into production.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before returning any product, you must contact our customer support team at:

support@omstoreus.com

Please provide:

  • Your full name;

  • Your order number;

  • The product you wish to return;

  • The reason for the return; and

  • Supporting photographs, where applicable.

Do not send a product back without receiving return authorization and return instructions from Om Store.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing due to an error by Om Store, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been completed.

Om Store is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address.

If your return is approved due to an error by Om Store, we will provide instructions regarding the applicable return shipping arrangements.

PACKAGING YOUR RETURN

Returned products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

Whenever possible, use the original packaging and protective materials.

Items damaged during return shipping because of insufficient or improper packaging may not qualify for a refund.

RETURN INSPECTION

Once your return is received, we will inspect the product to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

The inspection process may take several business days after the returned product is delivered to us.

Om Store reserves the right to reduce or reject a refund if:

  • The product has been used or worn;

  • Parts, accessories, packaging, or promotional items are missing;

  • The product has been damaged after delivery;

  • The item was returned without authorization; or

  • The return does not comply with this policy.

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 7 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges, express delivery fees, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error by Om Store or required by applicable law.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received an approved refund, please first check your bank account or payment provider.

You may also need to contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges for products that have been opened, used, worn, or are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

For eligible unused products, you may request a return and place a new order for the preferred product, size, or color.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

COLOR AND PRODUCT APPEARANCE

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, materials, sizes, and details accurately.

However, the actual appearance of a product may vary slightly due to:

  • Photography lighting;

  • Screen brightness;

  • Monitor or mobile-device settings;

  • Manufacturing variations;

  • Material texture; or

  • Differences between production batches.

Minor variations in color, texture, shape, size, or appearance that do not affect the product’s intended function are not generally considered defects.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
