This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our order-processing times, estimated delivery timeframes, tracking procedures, shipping charges, customs responsibilities, and the handling of returned packages.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, sales events, product launches, or public holidays, order processing may take longer than usual.

Orders containing personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may require an additional 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is generally:

7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location;

  • The shipping carrier;

  • Customs clearance procedures;

  • Public holidays;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Local postal-service delays;

  • Transportation disruptions; and

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The estimated delivery period begins from the date your order is shipped, not from the date your order is placed.

All delivery dates displayed on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products require additional preparation and production time.

These orders may require an additional 3–5 business days before shipment.

Production time may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, order quantity, and availability of materials.

Please carefully review all personalized details before submitting your order, including names, text, sizes, colors, numbers, addresses, and other specifications.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Please review your order confirmation carefully and check:

  • The products ordered;

  • Selected variants;

  • Customization information;

  • Shipping address;

  • Contact details; and

  • Order total.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or entered into production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and, when available, a link to the tracking page.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after the shipping confirmation is issued.

Temporary gaps or delays in tracking updates do not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.

International packages may not receive a new tracking update while they are:

  • Traveling between countries;

  • Undergoing customs inspection;

  • Being transferred between carriers; or

  • Waiting to enter the destination country’s postal network.

Please allow sufficient time for the carrier’s system to update before contacting customer support.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as:

  • The delivery destination;

  • Package weight;

  • Package dimensions;

  • Shipping method; and

  • Products included in the order.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any promotional or free-shipping offer will be subject to the conditions displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Om Store proudly offers international shipping to customers in eligible countries and regions.

International deliveries may take longer than domestic deliveries due to:

  • Customs clearance;

  • Import inspections;

  • Local shipping regulations;

  • Carrier handovers;

  • Remote delivery locations; and

  • Destination-country postal procedures.

We cannot guarantee that every product can be delivered to every country or region.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to ship to the address or destination provided.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import-related fees assessed by local authorities.

Om Store does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs authorities may require additional identification, payment, or documentation from the recipient before releasing a package.

A customer’s refusal or failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in the package being delayed, abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the sender.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please ensure that your address includes all applicable information, such as:

  • Full recipient name;

  • Street name and house or building number;

  • Apartment, unit, or suite number;

  • City;

  • State, province, or region;

  • Postal or ZIP code;

  • Country; and

  • Valid phone number.

Om Store is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND PACKAGE COLLECTION

Depending on the carrier and delivery destination, the recipient may be required to:

  • Be available to receive the package;

  • Sign for delivery;

  • Respond to a carrier’s message or phone call;

  • Provide additional delivery instructions; or

  • Collect the package from a local post office, collection point, or carrier facility.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and collect the package within the period specified by the carrier.

Om Store is not responsible when a package is returned because the customer did not collect it or was unavailable during repeated delivery attempts.

RETURNED PACKAGES

A package may be returned to the sender for reasons including:

  • The address does not exist;

  • The address is incomplete or incorrect;

  • The recipient has moved without providing a forwarding address;

  • The package is refused by the recipient;

  • The recipient is unavailable during delivery attempts;

  • The package is not collected from the post office or collection point;

  • The recipient cannot be contacted;

  • Customs information is incomplete;

  • Customs duties or import fees are not paid; or

  • The carrier is unable to complete delivery.

Om Store is not responsible for returned packages caused by customer-provided information, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or failure to pay customs fees.

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you after it has been received and inspected.

Depending on the circumstances, you may choose to have the order reshipped. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping, handling, customs, or return-related charges.

If a refund is approved for a returned package, the original shipping charge and any return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, final-sale, and non-returnable products may not qualify for a refund even when they are returned by the carrier.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

Refusing a delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a full refund.

If a package is refused and returned to us, any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, carrier charges, or handling expenses may be deducted from an approved refund.

Products that are personalized, customized, made to order, opened, used, or otherwise non-returnable remain subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

DELAYED ORDERS

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include:

  • Customs clearance;

  • Severe weather;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Public holidays;

  • Carrier disruptions;

  • Transportation restrictions;

  • High shipping volumes;

  • Government inspections; and

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

A delay does not automatically mean that a package is lost and does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

Please allow the estimated delivery period to pass before contacting us regarding a delayed shipment.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking information has not updated for an unusually long period or your package appears to be lost, contact us at:

Please provide your order number and tracking number.

We may contact the shipping carrier and request an investigation.

Carrier investigations can take additional time, and we may need to wait for the carrier’s final determination before offering a replacement, store credit, or refund.

We are not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  • Check your mailbox and the surrounding delivery area;

  • Ask household members, neighbors, building management, or reception staff;

  • Check any safe location where the carrier may have left the package; and

  • Contact the local shipping carrier or post office.

Please contact Om Store promptly if you still cannot locate the package.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier is not automatically considered lost. We may require confirmation or an investigation from the carrier before determining an appropriate resolution.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Orders containing multiple products may sometimes be shipped separately.

You may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number for the same order.

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the remaining products are missing.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our shipping procedures, carriers, services, or legal requirements.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
